Why is my UniNet iColor printer not connecting?
There are times when customers set up their iColor printer and a ready to print, but when they click print, the printer doesn't register and a save file screen pops up. Here is how to remedy that!
Go to Queue on the top tool bar
Click Manage Queues
Under the "Port" column, make sure the UniNet iColor 550_UXXX is selected on all three profiles
Then under "Control Panel" click Install. The button should then say "Remove"
Click Close and printer is ready to print.
