how do I know the maximum printable area around a cylindrical item that can be printed without distortion?
The maximum wrap around a cylindrical item that can be printed without distortion with pad print is 1/4 of the circumference.
To determine you just multiply the diameter, .41" X 3.141" (pi) = 1.29" / 4 = .32"
