Go to adjustment wizard

go to the end of the list

clear all of the counter

With the machine OFF

Hold <Menu> <Down> and <Pause> button, then start the machine

(Follow the printer back until it displays <Self testing 2> Press down

Press <Down> to CLEAR COUNTERS, press <Menu>

Press <Down> until it displays <Cleaner>, then press <Menu>

Clear Cleaner counter by pressing menu and execute it

Press <Down> to Sponge, then press <menu> and execute it

then RESTART the machine by just turning off and on the normal way.
