How to fix Reload paper
during startup, printer looks for sheet to load. by default transport starts looking for roll sheet and errors out
put the transport on standby mode and change the settings below:
- Platen Gap
- Page Line <OFF>
- Interface
- Code Page
- Paper Margin
- PPR Size Check <OFF>
- PPR Align Check <OFF>
- Time Out
- Cutter Adj
- Refresh Margin
- Sheet Size CK <OFF>
- Auto NZL CK <OFF>
- Auto Cleaning <OFF>
- Quiet Cut
- Init Settings

Another possibility for this error is the jumper cable behind maintenance tank
Make sure that both jumper cables are in and soldered together
