How to do Printer Setup settings
Settings that needs to be set to OFF in the Printer Setup Menu
Make sure that the below settings are set to OFF (there should be a STAR next to OFF)

- Interface
- Code Page
- Paper Margin
- PPR Size Check <OFF>
- PPR Align Check <OFF>
- Time Out
- Cutter Adj
- Refresh Margin
- Sheet Size CK <OFF>
- Auto NZL CK <OFF>
- Auto Cleaning <OFF>
- Quiet Cut
- Init Settings
