Turn OFF the printer
Press and Hold the following keys on the printer:
<MENU> <DOWN> <PAUSE>
Press <DOWN> until you see <CLEAR COUNTERS>
then press <MENU>
Press <DOWN> until you see <RTC> then press <MENU>
00 / 00 / 00 / 00
Year / Month / Day / Time (hour)
Press <MENU> to accept the settings
