How to fix 10037

Head Theorist Error temperature in the print head is at -20 Celsius or less or it is at 100 Celsius or more

ask what was done to the printer before troubleshooting (printhead flush, cable replacement, etc.)

reseat the cable to the printhead ( 0 and 00)

ask if the printhead was flushed or removed at all

this error can also happen if the customer prints without any inks, causing it to overheat and then error out
