How to fix 1001B (Error appears during prints)
Print Head Error When printer is printing printer will go into Service Required 0001001B Printhead is overheating due to lack of ink through the nozzles.
1. Power printer off and then turn it on. Wait until it is ready
2. Verify ink supply to print head is sufficient. This will cause over heating to the print head as it needs the ink to maintain cool temperature.
3. Ensure there is no vacuum lock behind ink supply. Normally an indication is a grinding and or suction noise. This can be caused by a clogged damper and or print head.
4. Conduct a nozzle check and ensure all nozzles are firing.
5. If problem persist contact T.I.G.E.R.S. at 215-634-2234 Ext. 7019
