How to fix Ulric Transport
Printer turns on, Bed moves up and down normally, Printer gets to a ready state, BUT Printer will not travel back and forth with the "forward" or "standby".
During transportation, the DB-15 pin cable on the servo board has jostled loose. The DB-15 pin cable can be located on the back of the machine.
- Have the customer unscrew and remove the screws on the tinted plexi glass on the back of the machine.
- The DB-15 pin cable is the black (or greay) cable located on the small servo board.
- Make sure the whole machine is off and unplugged.
- Check the plug and make sure to carefully plug the cable back in and have the customer turn on the whole unit and try the "forward" and "standby" button to verify it works.
