1. turn OFF the printer

2. hold <MENU> < DOWN> <PAUSE> and then restart the printer

3. release the button once it displays <SELF TESTING2>

4. press <DOWN> until you see <CLEAR COUNTERS> then press <MENU>

5. press <DOWN> until you see <CLEANER> then press <MENU>
